Task: to create mini-site in order to establish a base of customers for direct marketing purposes

KLM Personal Contact Tool - E-channel
This tool was developed for KLM to assure that the user can easily find the contact info in any country and city, where KLM office is represented. Moreover, the user can see if there’s a e-booking available in the city he is searching for. The user can coose the needed point on the map or he can use a drop-down to choose a country and then – a city.
DDM Studio also developed a Content Management System (CMS) for this tool, so that KLM employee could easily add a new contact, and edit existing ones.
Air-France/KLM Personal Contact Tool
This tool was developed for AF-KLM to assure that the user can easily find the contact info in any country and city, where AF-KLM office is represented. KLM Experience Europe
This tool was done for the Asian KLM representative office and is available in 2 languages: English and Japanese. Along with the tool we developed CMS that
allows to manage the content of the tool in both languages.
DDM Studio was in charge of design, flash development and programming.
